What we text you about, how often, and how to stop.
Effective September 7, 2026
TableSide Media runs on text messages. When you give us your phone number on the creator application or the business inquiry form, you agree to receive texts from us about the things below. This page explains exactly what those are and how to turn them off.
Texts come from TableSide Media. Some are written by a person, some are sent automatically, and some are drafted with the help of an assistant and sent from our number. All of them are ours.
Message frequency varies. It depends on how active you are, how many collaborations you take or how many creators are on your campaign, so there is no fixed number per week or per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Those are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us, and they depend on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
Reply STOP to any text from us and we will stop texting you. Your carrier will confirm the opt-out, and our system records the number permanently so it is not texted again, including by a later campaign or a different part of the platform.
If you are a creator, we will switch to email for anything you still need to hear about. If you are a business, we will call or email you instead.
Changed your mind? Email hello@tablesidemedia.co and ask us to turn texts back on. An opt-out does not expire on its own, so this is the only way back.
Reply HELP to any text from us and a person will get back to you, or email hello@tablesidemedia.co any time.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message reaches your handset: a carrier may block, delay or drop a message for reasons outside our control. If something time-sensitive is not reaching you by text, email us and we will use another channel.
Our texts work with major US carriers. Carrier support can change, and carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
We use your phone number only to contact you about the things listed on this page. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone except the service provider that delivers the message for us. See our Privacy policy for the full picture, and our Terms for the rest of the relationship.
This service is for people 18 and over.
If we change these SMS terms we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
